I’m Natalie Ruiz, a beauty expert and trainer with over 9 years of experience. Even if I started over, I would still choose my art as my purpose. My passion is helping people feel more beautiful, confident, and deeply connected to themselves.
Throughout my career, I’ve discovered that my true mission is to create smiles and inspire self-love through my art. I’ve had the honor of helping over 4,000 people, many of whom lost their brows naturally over time or due to serious illnesses such as cancer. Through my work, they’ve been able to feel whole again, regain confidence, and smile back at life.

Combo-brows technique brings together the best of both worlds: Microblading + Soft delicate Shading, especially focused on adding definition to the tail of the brows.

Terms & Conditions
A non-refundable deposit is required when booking your appointment. This secures your spot and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment via cash, Zelle, debit, or credit card
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise before your appointment. However, if you do not cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, we lose the opportunity to offer the service to another client, which affects our business.
- If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance or do not show up without notice, 50% of the service cost will be charged to your card, and your deposit will be forfeited.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be marked as a “No Show,” your deposit will be forfeited, and 50% of the service cost will be charged to the card used for booking.
- Only one reschedule is allowed per appointment. Any additional rescheduling, even if done more than 48 hours in advance, will require a new deposit.
By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
All deposits and fees are non-refundable.
Out of respect for other clients and to maintain a calm environment, no extra guests, children, or pets are allowed during your appointment.
If you have previous work (microblading, shading, tattoo, etc.), you must send clear photos or videos during booking or to [email protected] for approval before booking.
If photos are not provided, and the previous work is deemed non-correctable, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.
Touch-ups are NOT included and must be booked separately, if needed.
Every skin heals differently. If desired, please schedule one of the following options:
• 1–3 Month Touch-Up
• 6 Month Touch-Up
• Annual Touch-Up (up to 3 years)
Final results vary depending on skin type, blood type, lifestyle, natural brow hair, bone structure, medical conditions, aftercare. Therefore, results cannot be guaranteed.
